It depends on the loan. Many buyers use conventional loans with 3-5% down, VA loans with no down payment, or USDA loans with no down payment in eligible rural areas around Bedford, Campbell, Pittsylvania and Halifax counties. I will connect you with local lenders so you know your real number before you shop.
Do I pay you as a buyer?
Buyer representation is set out in a written buyer agreement before we tour homes. We review compensation, how it can be negotiated with the seller, and what you are responsible for, so there are no surprises.
How fast do homes move in Lynchburg and Forest?
Well-priced homes in Forest and the Greater Lynchburg area often see activity within the first week. Danville, Halifax and South Boston generally allow a bit more time, which can mean more negotiating room.
